WhatsApp marketing software in India: nine tools, their listed prices, and who each one suits
Wati, AiSensy, Interakt, Gallabox, DoubleTick, Zoko, 360dialog, Twilio and Conecxt, one row each. Every figure is from the vendor's own pricing page, read on 9 October 2026. We make one of the nine, so there is no ranking here, only what each page lists and the kind of team its plans fit.
The short version
- Entry plans as listed on 9 Oct 2026: AiSensy from ₹0, Conecxt ₹2,499, Interakt ₹2,799 plus taxes, Wati ₹2,999, Gallabox ₹2,999 billed quarterly and DoubleTick ₹3,500 billed quarterly, all per month.
- Seats on those plans: unlimited agents on Interakt, 1 owner plus 5 agents on AiSensy Basic, 5 on DoubleTick Starter and Conecxt Basic, and 3 on Wati Growth and Gallabox Basic with no way to add more.
- Five tools publish their own rupee rate per marketing message: Interakt ₹0.949 to ₹0.970, DoubleTick ₹0.99, Gallabox ₹0.9926, Wati ₹0.9667 to ₹1.0357 and AiSensy ₹1.09. Meta's list rate is ₹0.8631.
- Zoko prices in US dollars and is built around Shopify. 360dialog and Twilio sell API access, so a developer supplies the inbox.
- Gallabox and DoubleTick list no monthly billing, and DoubleTick lists no free trial.
WhatsApp marketing software in India comes in three shapes, and most lists mix them together. Six of the nine products below are inbox tools: a shared screen for the team, campaigns, automation and a monthly plan in rupees. One is an inbox tool built around Shopify and priced in dollars. Two sell access to the API and leave the software to you.
We make Conecxt, one of the products compared here. So there’s no ranking below. Every figure comes from the vendor’s own pricing page, or a rate card that page links to, read on 9 October 2026 and listed in the sources. Where a page doesn’t give a number, the cell says “not published”.
Nine WhatsApp marketing tools, one row each
Among the rupee-priced tools, entry plans run from ₹0 to ₹3,500 a month. The plan price tells you little until seats and the trial sit beside it, so they share a table.
| Tool | What it is | Entry plan, as listed on 9 Oct 2026 | Seats on that plan | Trial |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Wati | Inbox tool | Growth, ₹2,999 a month, billed monthly | 3 users. No extra users on Growth | 7 days |
| AiSensy | Inbox tool | Free Forever, ₹0, no broadcasting. Basic, ₹1,500 a month | Basic: 1 owner + 5 agents. Extra agents ₹750 a month each | No timed trial stated. The free plan needs no card |
| Interakt | Inbox tool | Growth, ₹2,799 a month (+taxes). Starter at ₹999 a month is Instagram only on monthly billing | Unlimited agents | 14 days, no credit card |
| Gallabox | Inbox tool | Basic, ₹2,999 a month, billed quarterly | 3 users (hard cap) | 7 days, no credit card |
| DoubleTick | Inbox tool | Starter, ₹3,500 a month, charged as ₹10,500 a quarter (+GST) | 5 agents | None. Demo on request |
| Zoko | Inbox tool for Shopify stores | Starter, $49.99 a month, plus $0.015 per conversation | ”Add as many agents as you like, for free” | 7 days |
| 360dialog | API access. An inbox is listed on Premium only | Regular, €49 per number per month | Not published | Not published |
| Twilio | Developer API | No monthly fee. $0.005 per message, inbound or outbound | None. The page sells no inbox | Free trial, no credit card |
| Conecxt | Inbox tool | Basic, ₹2,499 a month, excluding taxes | 5 team members. 5 more for ₹1,999 a month | 7 days, no card. No AI agents or campaign builder in the trial |
Two things the table can’t show. Gallabox and DoubleTick list quarterly and yearly billing only, so their monthly figure is paid three months at a time. And Wati has a one-time ₹999 pay-as-you-go plan for a single user, below Growth.
The second table is the per-message charge to an Indian number, in the order marketing, utility, service. Service means a typed reply inside the 24-hour window, charged after the first 1,000 a month on each number since 1 October 2026. Meta’s own list rates are ₹0.8631 for marketing and ₹0.115 for utility and service, before GST.
| Tool | Per-message charge as listed on 9 Oct 2026 | Who its own page says it is for |
|---|---|---|
| Wati (Growth rate card) | ₹1.0357, ₹0.1495, ₹0.1380 | Growth: “Reach thousands of customers with automations that keep conversations moving” |
| AiSensy | ₹1.09, ₹0.145, ₹0.145 | Basic: “Everything you need to launch WhatsApp marketing” |
| Interakt (Growth) | ₹0.958, ₹0.150, ₹0.128 | Not stated per plan. Its AI agents page says “Built for D2C, SMBs & Enterprises” |
| Gallabox (linked docs) | ₹0.9926, ₹0.1323, ₹0.1323 | Basic: “For small teams getting started” |
| DoubleTick (linked sheet) | ₹0.99, ₹0.1294, ₹0.1294 | Starter: “For small teams getting started with WhatsApp Business API and basic automation” |
| Zoko | Not listed. “WhatsApp: rate card”, linking to Meta’s. Zoko’s own fee is per conversation | ”The WhatsApp platform built for Shopify brands” |
| 360dialog | Not listed. “+Meta WhatsApp Messaging Fees” | WhatsApp API plans: “Full developer control” |
| Twilio | Meta’s fee of $0.0118, $0.0014, $0.0014, plus Twilio’s $0.005 on each | Not stated. The page is headed “Pay-as-you go pricing for the WhatsApp Business API” |
| Conecxt | Not listed. Businesses add their own payment method in Meta Business Manager and Meta bills them at its rate card | Basic: “For a small team getting WhatsApp under control” |
Wati and Interakt price messages by plan. Wati’s marketing rate runs from ₹1.0357 on Growth to ₹0.9667 on Business, and Interakt’s from ₹0.970 on Starter to ₹0.949 on Advanced. None of the five rupee rate cards says whether GST is included.
Is there a best WhatsApp marketing tool, API or CRM?
Not one a pricing page can prove, and we aren’t going to name one. What you can do is work out which of three things you are buying.
If you searched for the best WhatsApp automation tool, you want an inbox tool, and the thing to compare is how each one charges for automation. Wati counts automation triggers: 1,000 a month on Growth, with another 1,000 for ₹1,000 a month. AiSensy sells chatbot flows as a ₹2,500 a month add-on. Interakt lists linear chatbot flows on Growth and branching ones on Advanced. DoubleTick’s bot builder starts at Pro. Zoko includes 11 pre-built store flows and charges $5.99 a month for each custom one. Conecxt Basic includes 5 active journeys. Our automation guide lists the workflows worth building first.
If you searched for the best WhatsApp API, remember that the API is Meta’s. Every product here sits on the same WhatsApp Business Platform. They differ in who stands between you and Meta and what that costs: €49 per number a month at 360dialog, $0.005 per message at Twilio, a plan fee at the inbox tools. The WhatsApp Business API guide explains the routes.
“Best WhatsApp CRM” can mean two things. If you mean contacts, tags and history inside the WhatsApp tool, all the inbox tools have some form of it. If you mean a link to the CRM your sales team already uses, read the integration rows. Wati lists HubSpot from Pro and Salesforce on Business. Gallabox lists HubSpot, Zoho and LeadSquared from Essential. DoubleTick lists Zoho CRM, HubSpot and Salesforce as add-ons without prices. Interakt sells a separate Sales CRM plan at ₹2,499 a month with 5 sales agents. Conecxt has no CRM connectors. The WhatsApp CRM guide covers what to check.
How to shortlist in 20 minutes
You can get from nine to two or three with four numbers and the tables above. Set a timer.
- Three minutes: write down four numbers. People who reply to customers, WhatsApp numbers, marketing messages sent last month, and typed replies beyond the first 1,000.
- Two minutes: decide the shape. If nobody on the team writes code, cross off Twilio and 360dialog’s Regular plan. An API with no software around it gives your staff nothing to reply from.
- Five minutes: strike every plan that can’t seat your team. Wati Growth and Gallabox Basic stop at three users. Six people on DoubleTick need Pro, which is ₹5,200 a month without AI agents and ₹9,200 with them, billed quarterly. Then use the next plan up as that tool’s real price.
- Five minutes: multiply your marketing messages by each rate. At 10,000 a month that is ₹8,631 at Meta’s list rate, ₹9,580 on Interakt Growth, ₹9,900 on DoubleTick, ₹9,926 on Gallabox, ₹10,357 on Wati Growth and ₹10,900 on AiSensy.
- Five minutes: check the billing period and the trial. A quarter paid in advance on a tool you couldn’t try first is a bigger commitment than the monthly figure suggests.
What’s left is a shortlist. Send those vendors the twelve questions for any WhatsApp API provider, which cover what no price table can: who owns the number, what you can take with you, and whether the message rates include GST. If you’d like to see the arithmetic done in full, one ten-person scenario priced on eight providers shows every line.
The nine, one at a time
Each note below uses only what the vendor publishes. “Pick it if” names the situation where that tool’s listed plan facts fit better than the others, ours included.
Wati
Wati’s plans are ₹2,999, ₹6,499 and ₹18,499 a month on monthly billing, with 3, 5 and 5 users. Growth can’t add users. Extra users cost ₹1,299 a month each on Pro and ₹2,199 on Business. Every plan includes AI credits and at least one AI agent.
Pick it if your sales team works in HubSpot or Salesforce, or if one person only sends campaigns and the ₹999 pay-as-you-go plan is enough. More in Wati pricing and alternatives.
AiSensy
AiSensy lists Free Forever at ₹0, then Basic at ₹1,500, Pro at ₹3,200 and Premium at ₹9,100 a month. The free plan has a live chat dashboard and template creation but no broadcasting. Message rates are the same on every paid plan, and its ₹1.09 marketing rate is the highest of the five rupee cards. The AI chat agent (₹1,350 a month) and chatbot flows are add-ons.
Pick it if you want to start at ₹0, or you’re a small team sending a few thousand marketing messages a month, where a ₹1,500 plan with six logins outweighs the rate. More in AiSensy pricing and alternatives.
Interakt
Interakt lists Growth at ₹2,799 and Advanced at ₹3,799 a month plus taxes, with unlimited agents on every plan and the lowest listed marketing rate of the five rupee cards. Its Growth utility rate, ₹0.150, is the highest of the five. Shopify stores are pointed to a separate price list in US dollars. In five worked bills across our other articles, Interakt Growth came out as the lowest total.
Pick it if many people reply to customers, because the plan price doesn’t move with headcount. More in Interakt pricing explained.
Gallabox
Gallabox lists Basic at ₹2,999, Essential at ₹6,999 and Advanced at ₹16,999 a month, billed quarterly. Each plan includes one WhatsApp number, one Instagram handle and one website widget, with 500, 2,000 or 8,000 AI credits a month. Basic is capped at 3 users. Essential includes 6, and extra users are ₹1,200 a month each.
Pick it if you want AI credits and a website widget inside the plan, plus the HubSpot, Zoho or LeadSquared connections its page lists from Essential. It is compared in Interakt, Gallabox and DoubleTick side by side.
DoubleTick
DoubleTick lists Starter at ₹3,500 a month with 5 agents and no AI agents, and Pro + AI at ₹9,200 a month with 10 agents, up to 10 AI agents and 3,500 AI credits. Both are billed quarterly, plus GST. Its pricing FAQ says it doesn’t offer a free trial. Its rate sheet has the lowest listed utility and service rate of the five rupee cards, ₹0.1294, and lists authentication at ₹0.35.
Pick it if most of what you send is utility messages and you’re comfortable buying after a demo.
Zoko
Zoko lists four plans in US dollars: Starter $49.99, Plus $79.99, Elite $139.99 and Max $499.99 a month. Starter doesn’t charge per agent and adds $0.015 on every conversation. Plus includes 5 agents and 5,000 conversations with no Zoko conversation fee. AI agents are $24.99 a month each.
Pick it if you run a Shopify store and want abandoned cart, order update and cash-on-delivery flows ready-made. We compared it with three others in WhatsApp tools for Shopify stores.
360dialog
360dialog’s Regular plan is €49 per number per month for API access and support, plus Meta’s messaging fees. Premium, at €99, lists Inbox, Sendout, Automation and Measurement among its included add-ons. Its docs give dollar prices of 59 USD and 119 USD and say subscription billing supports EUR and USD only.
Pick it if you already have software, such as a booking system, and need WhatsApp inside it with a published first-response time: four hours on Regular, thirty minutes on Premium. More in 360dialog pricing explained.
Twilio
Twilio lists no monthly fee. It charges $0.005 on every message in both directions and passes Meta’s fee through, which its price file lists for India as $0.0118 for marketing and $0.0014 for utility, authentication and service messages. The pricing page sells no inbox.
Pick it if you have developers and low volume, or you already run SMS or voice on Twilio and want one account. More in Twilio WhatsApp API pricing for India.
Conecxt
Ours. Conecxt lists Basic at ₹2,499, Growth at ₹4,299 and Professional at ₹8,499 a month, with 5, 10 and 20 team members and 2, 4 and 5 WhatsApp numbers.
How we read the pages
All pages were loaded on 9 October 2026, in the first hour after midnight IST, in a headless Chrome browser set to an Indian locale, with no login. We clicked the billing toggles where a page has them. Wati’s rate cards are PDFs linked from its pricing page, DoubleTick’s rates are in a sheet embedded on a page its pricing page links to, and Twilio’s India figures are from the price file its page offers.
We had read the same pages on 7 October for our audit of eight pricing pages. No figure in the two tables above differed two days later. That can change any morning, and a page may show other prices to a visitor outside India. If a term here is new, the glossary has it.
If you work at one of these companies and we’ve misread your page, write to us through the contact page with the link and we’ll correct this article and date the change.
Before you pay anyone, run the trial on a spare number with last month’s real figures, and send one campaign to your own team first.
Common questions
What is the best WhatsApp marketing software in India?
No pricing page settles that, because it depends on team size and message volume. As listed on 9 Oct 2026, AiSensy has a free plan and a ₹1,500 a month paid entry, Interakt lists unlimited agents at ₹2,799 a month plus taxes, and Wati lists HubSpot and Salesforce integrations on its higher plans.
