Request deletion

You can ask Conecxt - By Devson Technologies to delete personal data associated with your Conecxt account and connected Meta services at any time.

1. Email [email protected] with the subject Data Deletion Request, or use our contact form and choose Support.
2. Include the email address used for Conecxt, your organization name, and whether the request covers your account, a connected Meta channel, or both. Do not send passwords, access tokens, message contents, or government ID.
3. We may ask for limited information to verify that you are authorized to act for the account or organization before deletion begins.

What happens next

We will acknowledge the request, verify its scope, and delete or anonymize the relevant personal data from active systems unless we must retain specific records to meet legal, security, fraud-prevention, or contractual obligations. Residual copies in protected backups expire through the normal backup-retention cycle.

We will respond within the period required by applicable law. If we cannot delete particular records, we will explain the category and reason.

Disconnecting Meta access

You may also remove Conecxt's access from the relevant Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, or Meta Business settings. Disconnecting access stops future API access, but it does not replace a deletion request for data already held in Conecxt.
