Interakt, Gallabox and DoubleTick pricing compared, with Conecxt, as listed in October 2026

A pricing page answers some questions and saves others for a sales call. This is a reading guide to three of them, plus ours, with every figure taken from the vendor's own page.

The short version

  • Interakt pricing starts at ₹2,799 a month plus taxes for Growth, with unlimited agents and monthly billing available, as listed on 7 Oct 2026.
  • Gallabox pricing is shown per month but billed quarterly or annually: Basic is ₹2,999 a month billed quarterly, capped at 3 users. Six users need Essential at ₹6,999.
  • DoubleTick pricing starts at ₹3,500 a month billed quarterly (+GST) for Starter with 5 agents and no AI agents. It offers a demo, not a free trial.
  • All three publish their own India price per marketing message: Interakt ₹0.949 to ₹0.970, Gallabox ₹0.9926, DoubleTick ₹0.99. Meta's list rate is ₹0.8631.
  • Check four things on any pricing page: the billing period behind the monthly figure, the seat count, who bills the per-message charges, and what's sold as an add-on.

We make Conecxt, one of the products compared here. Every competitor figure below comes from that company’s own pages, read on 7 October 2026 and linked in the sources. Where a page doesn’t state something, we say “not published”.

Search for Interakt pricing, Gallabox pricing or DoubleTick pricing and you land on three pages built three different ways. One lets you pay monthly. One shows a monthly figure but bills by the quarter. One has no trial at all. So this piece is less a ranking than a reading guide: what each page tells you outright, and what you’d have to get from a sales call.

Farhan Lokhandwala runs a six-person study-abroad consultancy in Vadodara. In a normal month his team sends about 5,000 marketing messages (intake announcements, fair invitations) and 3,000 utility messages such as document reminders. We’ll use his numbers at the end.

What does each pricing page tell you, and what does it leave out?

All three pages publish plan prices and seat counts. They differ on billing period, on where the per-message prices live, and on how much is marked “add-on” without a price.

Interakt pricing: what’s on the page

Interakt’s page is the most complete of the three on price. It lists three paid tiers with monthly, quarterly and yearly figures, unlimited agents, and its own per-message prices for India beside each plan.

Interakt planMonthlyQuarterlyYearlyAgents
Starter₹999 a month₹3,499 a quarter₹11,999 a yearUnlimited (owner roles)
Growth₹2,799 a month₹7,699 a quarter₹26,399 a yearUnlimited (all roles)
Advanced₹3,799 a month₹10,499 a quarter₹35,999 a yearUnlimited (all roles)
EnterpriseOn requestOn requestOn requestUnlimited (all roles)

All figures are marked “+taxes”. Read the Starter row carefully: on the monthly tab the plan is listed as “Includes Instagram Only”, while on the quarterly tab it says “Pick any one channel”. If you want WhatsApp on Starter, check which billing period gives it to you.

What costs extra or sits higher up: linear chatbot flows start on Growth and branching flows on Advanced. Inbound and outbound calling are listed on Advanced and Enterprise. The AI agents add-on is ₹3,000 a month (+GST) on Growth or Advanced, with 100 AI messages included and ₹0.50 for each one after. A separate Sales CRM plan is ₹2,499 a month with 5 sales agents, and more at ₹499 each.

What the page leaves out: how many WhatsApp numbers a plan covers, and the price of the Shopify plan. The Shopify row says the integration is “Only included on Shopify plan” and links away from the pricing page.

Gallabox pricing: what’s on the page

Gallabox shows a per-month figure, but you pay for a quarter or a year at a time. Its plans are also the only ones here with a hard seat cap at the bottom.

Gallabox planPer month, billed quarterlyPer month, billed annuallyUsersExtra user
Basic₹2,999₹2,3993 (hard cap)Upgrade required
Essential₹6,999₹5,5996₹1,200 a month
Advanced₹16,999₹13,59910₹1,500 a month
EnterpriseLet’s talkLet’s talkCustomNegotiable

So Basic on quarterly billing is ₹8,997 up front, by our arithmetic. Each plan includes one WhatsApp number, one Instagram handle and one website widget. Extra channels cost ₹1,200 a month each and are sold only on Essential and Advanced.

The page is clear about AI: 500, 2,000 and 8,000 AI credits a month by tier, with top-ups at ₹1,000 per 5,000 credits. AI agents on WhatsApp and human calling on WhatsApp both start at Essential; Basic lists web AI agents only. Shopify is a $5 a month add-on on every plan. An optional AI Solutions Engineer engagement is a ₹41,500 one-time fee on Advanced.

On message charges the page says they are “charged by Meta and reflected on your invoice with our markup”, and sends you to its docs for the numbers. It doesn’t state the markup as a percentage, and Enterprise is listed with a “discounted markup” of unstated size.

DoubleTick pricing: what’s on the page

DoubleTick lists two priced plans, Starter and Pro, both billed quarterly or yearly and both plus GST. Pro has two prices, depending on whether the page’s “Include AI agents” option is on. It is the only one of the three that says plainly it has no free trial.

DoubleTick planPer month, billed quarterlyPer month, billed yearlyAgents includedAI agents
Starter₹3,500 (₹10,500 a quarter)₹3,000 (₹36,000 a year)5Not available
Pro, with the page’s AI agents option switched off₹5,200 (₹15,600 a quarter)Shown on the page; we did not record it10Not included
Pro + AI₹9,200 (₹27,600 a quarter)₹7,700 (₹92,400 a year)10Up to 10, with 3,500 AI credits a month
Enterprise + AICustomCustomCustomUp to 50, with 20,000 AI credits a month

Each priced plan includes one WhatsApp Business account. The comparison table is long and candid about what’s extra: WhatsApp Calls, WhatsApp Flows, Zoho CRM, HubSpot, Salesforce, WooCommerce, Zapier and green tick verification are all marked “Add-on” on every tier. Shopify is included from Pro and not available on Starter. The bot builder also starts at Pro.

What the page leaves out is the price of those add-ons, and the price of an eleventh agent. The only hint is on Enterprise, which lists “Custom pricing per agent”.

What does each charge per message?

All three sell WhatsApp messages at their own listed price, above Meta’s list rate. Interakt’s is the lowest of the three for marketing messages; Gallabox and DoubleTick list lower prices for utility and service messages.

Price per message to an Indian numberInterakt GrowthGallaboxDoubleTickMeta’s list rate
Marketing₹0.958₹0.9926₹0.99₹0.8631
Utility₹0.150₹0.1323₹0.1294₹0.115
Authentication₹0.128₹0.1323₹0.35₹0.115
Service, after the free 1,000₹0.128₹0.1323₹0.1294₹0.115

Interakt’s prices move with the plan: marketing is ₹0.970 on Starter and ₹0.949 on Advanced, and Enterprise is listed with “No Markup Charges”. Gallabox’s and DoubleTick’s sheets show one price per country. Meta’s figures are its India rate card effective 1 October 2026, before GST. None of the three vendor sources says whether its per-message prices include GST, so treat the gap as a listed difference and ask.

DoubleTick’s authentication price stands out at ₹0.35. If you send login codes in volume, that row matters more to you than the marketing one. Its sheet also lists WhatsApp calling to India at ₹0.5262 a minute outgoing.

With Conecxt there’s no vendor price per message. Businesses add their own payment method in Meta Business Manager and Meta bills them at its rate card. Since 1 October that includes service replies beyond 1,000 a month per number, which our note on the change explains.

What would a six-person team pay?

For Farhan’s team, Interakt Growth is the lowest on listed prices, with Conecxt and DoubleTick Starter close behind and Gallabox higher because six users need its middle tier. This is our arithmetic, before taxes, for 5,000 marketing and 3,000 utility messages a month.

PlanPlan price per monthMessagesMonthly total
InteraktGrowth, monthly billing₹2,799₹5,240₹8,039
DoubleTickStarter, quarterly billing, 5 agents₹3,500₹5,338₹8,838
ConecxtGrowth, monthly billing, 10 team members₹4,299₹4,661, billed by Meta₹8,960
GallaboxEssential, quarterly billing, 6 users₹6,999₹5,360₹12,359

Three caveats sit under that table. DoubleTick Starter seats five agents and Farhan has six people, so he’d need a quote for the sixth or the Pro plan, at ₹5,200 without AI agents or ₹9,200 with them. Gallabox Essential includes AI agents on WhatsApp, calling and 2,000 AI credits, which Interakt Growth and DoubleTick Starter don’t. And two of the four rows commit a quarter’s fee in advance: ₹10,500 at DoubleTick and ₹20,997 at Gallabox.

Conecxt Basic (₹2,499, 5 team members) would be cheaper for a team of five. For six, Growth at ₹4,299 costs less than Basic plus a ₹1,999 pack of five extra seats.

Which fits which kind of team?

Match the vendor to the constraint you can’t bend. Budget and headcount usually decide it before features do.

A large team that needs monthly billing should look at Interakt first. Unlimited agents at ₹2,799 is the better choice for a 15-person support desk than anything else in this article, Conecxt included.

A lead-driven business that wants AI agents, CRM connections and Instagram in one plan is who Gallabox Essential is built around. It lists HubSpot, Zoho and LeadSquared integrations at that tier. Conecxt has no CRM connectors, so Gallabox is the stronger fit there if the budget allows ₹6,999 a month.

A sales team that wants the widest list of integrations, and is happy to buy on a demo, will find them on DoubleTick’s page: IndiaMart, Tally, Bitrix and LeadSquared among them, as add-ons. Its Pro + AI plan also includes up to 10 AI agents.

A five-to-ten-person team sending mostly marketing messages, and wanting Meta’s charges on its own Meta account, is where Conecxt fits.

Read any pricing page in four passes

First, find the billing toggle and set it to the period you’d actually buy. Second, count seats for the people who will reply, plus one. Third, find the per-message prices and note who bills them. Fourth, list everything marked “add-on” that you need, and ask for each price in writing.

The terms on these pages (utility, service, template) are defined in our glossary. For the questions no pricing page answers, such as who owns your number and what you can take with you when you leave, use the twelve questions for any provider.
