Wati vs AiSensy vs Interakt (and Conecxt): plans, seats and per-message charges side by side
Four pricing pages, read on the same day and laid out in the same rows. Where a page doesn't publish a number, the cell says so.
The short version
- Entry plans on monthly billing, as listed on 7 Oct 2026: AiSensy Basic ₹1,500, Conecxt Basic ₹2,499, Interakt Growth ₹2,799 plus taxes, Wati Growth ₹2,999.
- Seats differ more than prices. Interakt lists unlimited agents, AiSensy Basic lists one owner plus five agents, Conecxt Basic includes five team members, and Wati Growth includes three users with no way to add more.
- Wati, AiSensy and Interakt each publish their own per-message price for India. For a marketing message they list ₹0.9667 to ₹1.0357, ₹1.09 and ₹0.949 to ₹0.970. Meta's list rate is ₹0.8631.
- On Conecxt, businesses add their own payment method in Meta Business Manager and Meta bills them at its rate card.
- For eight people sending 10,000 marketing messages a month, Interakt's Growth plan comes out lowest on the listed numbers, at about ₹12,379 before taxes.
We make Conecxt, one of the products compared here. Every competitor figure below comes from that company’s own pricing page, read on 7 October 2026 and linked in the sources. Where a page doesn’t state something, the cell says “not published”.
If you’re weighing Wati vs AiSensy vs Interakt, the short version is this. AiSensy has the lowest listed plan price, Interakt lists unlimited agents, and Wati puts the most AI allowance into its plans. All three publish their own price per message, and those prices sit above Meta’s list rate. Conecxt is in the table too, with its gaps marked.
Rohini Deshmukh handles operations for a nine-person ayurvedic skincare brand in Nashik. Eight of the nine answer customers, and the brand sends about 10,000 offer messages a month. We’ll price her team near the end, because the plan with the smallest headline number isn’t the one that costs her least.
What does the entry plan cost on each?
AiSensy’s Basic plan has the lowest listed price at ₹1,500 a month. Conecxt Basic is ₹2,499, Interakt Growth is ₹2,799 plus taxes, and Wati Growth is ₹2,999, all on monthly billing as listed on 7 Oct 2026.
| Wati | AiSensy | Interakt | Conecxt | |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Entry plan | Growth | Basic | Growth | Basic |
| Monthly billing | ₹2,999 a month | ₹1,500 a month | ₹2,799 a month (+taxes) | ₹2,499 a month |
| Quarterly billing | ₹2,699 a month, billed quarterly | ₹1,425 a month (₹4,275 a quarter) | ₹7,699 a quarter (+taxes) | ₹6,799 a quarter |
| Yearly billing | ₹2,199 a month, billed annually | ₹1,350 a month (₹16,200 a year) | ₹26,399 a year (+taxes) | ₹23,999 a year |
| Anything below it | ₹999 one-time pay-as-you-go plan: one user, ₹999 back as message credits, three-month validity | Free Forever at ₹0, without broadcasting | Starter at ₹999 a month, listed as Instagram only on monthly billing; ₹3,499 a quarter with a choice of one channel | Nothing below Basic |
Two reading notes. Interakt says “+taxes” beside its plan prices; Wati’s and AiSensy’s pages don’t say whether GST is included in the plan price, so ask. And each vendor has higher tiers we haven’t tabled: Wati Pro at ₹6,499 and Business at ₹18,499 a month, AiSensy Pro at ₹3,200 and Premium at ₹9,100, Interakt Advanced at ₹3,799, Conecxt Growth at ₹4,299 and Professional at ₹8,499.
How many people can log in?
Interakt lists unlimited agents on every plan. The other three count seats, and Wati’s entry plan is the tightest: three users, with no option to buy more.
| Wati | AiSensy | Interakt | Conecxt | |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Seats on the entry plan | 3 users | 1 owner + 5 agents | Unlimited agents (all roles) | 5 team members |
| Extra seat | Not available on Growth. ₹1,299 a user a month on Pro, ₹2,199 on Business | ₹750 a seat a month | Not needed | 5 more for ₹1,999 a month |
| Seats one tier up | Pro: 5 users | Pro: same as Basic. Premium: 1 owner + 9 agents | Advanced: unlimited | Growth: 10 team members |
A word on AiSensy’s page heading, which says “Unlimited Users Plan”. Its own FAQ explains that this means no limit on the number of customers you can message in a month. Agent logins are counted separately, as in the table.
If seats are your whole problem, read how several people can share one WhatsApp number before you compare anything else.
How many WhatsApp numbers are included?
Only Conecxt states a number count on the entry plan: two WhatsApp numbers on Basic. Wati sells additional numbers at ₹2,499 a month each and mentions multiple numbers on its Business plan. AiSensy’s and Interakt’s pricing pages don’t publish how many numbers a plan covers.
| Wati | AiSensy | Interakt | Conecxt | |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Numbers on the entry plan | Not published as a count | Not published | Not published | 2 |
| Extra number | ₹2,499 a month per number | Not published | Not published | Growth includes 4, Professional 5 |
A brand with one number can skip this row. A coaching chain with a number per branch can’t.
What does each charge per message?
Wati, AiSensy and Interakt each publish their own price per message for Indian recipients, and you pay that price to them. Meta’s list rate, effective 1 October 2026, is ₹0.8631 for a marketing message and ₹0.115 for utility, authentication and (after the first 1,000 a month per number) service messages, before GST.
| Price per message to an Indian number | Wati Growth | AiSensy (Basic to Unlimited) | Interakt Growth | Meta’s list rate |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Marketing | ₹1.0357 | ₹1.09 | ₹0.958 | ₹0.8631 |
| Utility | ₹0.1495 | ₹0.145 | ₹0.150 | ₹0.115 |
| Authentication | ₹0.1495 | ₹0.145 | ₹0.128 | ₹0.115 |
| Service, after the free 1,000 | ₹0.1380 | ₹0.145 | ₹0.128 | ₹0.115 |
The plan you’re on changes the price at two of them. Wati’s rate cards list marketing at ₹0.9926 on Pro and ₹0.9667 on Business. Interakt lists ₹0.970 on Starter, ₹0.949 on Advanced, and “No Markup Charges” on Enterprise. AiSensy shows the same four prices on every plan up to Unlimited, and “Custom” on Enterprise.
None of the three pages says whether these per-message prices include GST, so the gap to Meta’s pre-GST rate is a listed difference and nothing more precise than that. Ask each vendor to confirm it in writing. All three collect message charges themselves: AiSensy says its conversation credits are prepaid and recharged separately, and Wati returns its ₹999 starter fee as message credits.
Conecxt works differently here. Businesses add their own payment method in Meta Business Manager and Meta bills them at its rate card. The Conecxt plan also carries its own monthly message allowance (10,000 on Basic), which is a cap the other three don’t list. Our cost guide has worked monthly bills at Meta’s rates.
What do you get for AI, chatbots, calling and Shopify?
Wati bundles the most AI into its plans, AiSensy and Interakt sell AI as an add-on, and Conecxt includes one AI agent with a credit allowance on Basic. Calling and Shopify are where the pages go quiet, so several cells below are blanks.
| Wati Growth | AiSensy Basic | Interakt Growth | Conecxt Basic | |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Chatbot flows | 1,000 automation triggers a month | Add-on: ₹2,500 a month for 5 chatbots | Linear chatbot flows. Branching flows are on Advanced | 5 active journeys |
| AI agent | 1 AI agent, 2,000 AI credits | Add-on: ₹1,350 a month for 1,000 AI messages | Add-on: ₹3,000 a month (+GST), 100 AI messages, then ₹0.50 each | 1 AI agent, 750 AI credits a month (1 credit = ₹1) |
| WhatsApp calling | Listed as a channel. Rate card: ₹0.4662 a minute for business-initiated calls to India | Not mentioned on the pricing page | Inbound and outbound calling listed on Advanced and Enterprise | Calls answered in the browser. Meta bills business-initiated calls |
| Shopify | Add-on at $4.99 a month | Shopify and WooCommerce integrations listed in Basic | ”Only included on Shopify plan”, whose price isn’t on the pricing page | Store connection, with orders shown beside the chat |
| Free trial | 7 days | No timed trial stated. Free Forever plan, no card | 14 days, no credit card | 7 days, no card. No AI agents or campaign builder in the trial |
Wati’s Growth plan also caps broadcasts at 15,000 a month; Pro and Business list unlimited broadcasts. We couldn’t read, plan by plan, which Wati tiers include calling, so confirm that with them. If “utility”, “service message” or “template” are new terms, the glossary covers them.
What would a team of eight pay?
On the listed numbers, Interakt’s Growth plan is the lowest for Rohini’s team, mostly because seats are free. This is our arithmetic on published prices, on monthly billing, before taxes, for eight logins and 10,000 delivered marketing messages a month.
| Plan that fits 8 people | Plan and seats | 10,000 marketing messages | Monthly total | |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Interakt | Growth | ₹2,799 | ₹9,580 | ₹12,379 |
| Conecxt | Growth (10 team members) | ₹4,299 | ₹8,631, billed by Meta | ₹12,930 |
| AiSensy | Basic + 2 seats | ₹1,500 + ₹1,500 | ₹10,900 | ₹13,900 |
| Wati | Pro + 3 users | ₹6,499 + ₹3,897 | ₹9,926 | ₹20,322 |
The order changes with the inputs. Wati’s Growth plan can’t seat eight people, which forces the jump to Pro; a three-person team would pay ₹2,999 for the plan. Cut the team to five and AiSensy and Conecxt Basic both fit without extra seats. Push volume to 50,000 marketing messages and the per-message row dominates: at Meta’s list rate that’s ₹43,155, against ₹47,900 at Interakt’s Growth price and ₹54,500 at AiSensy’s.
The table also leaves out what each plan includes. Wati Pro comes with two AI agents and 5,000 AI credits. AiSensy’s total has no chatbot flows or AI agent in it; adding both brings it to ₹17,750. Interakt’s has linear chatbots only.
Which fits which kind of team?
Pick on the row that hurts most. For most teams that’s seats, then message volume, then whatever integration they can’t work without.
A large reply team on a small budget: Interakt is the better choice. Unlimited agents at ₹2,799 a month is hard to match once you pass ten people, and Conecxt would need extra seat packs or its Professional plan (20 team members, ₹8,499) to seat fifteen.
A solo owner or a two-person shop that mainly broadcasts: AiSensy Basic at ₹1,500 costs least per month, and its Free Forever plan lets you get the number approved before paying. Wati’s ₹999 pay-as-you-go plan is for one person; the page says the ₹999 comes back as credits for up to 500 messages, with three months of validity.
A team that wants AI agents and CRM connections in the plan: Wati lists HubSpot from Pro and Salesforce on Business, with AI agents and credits on every tier. Conecxt has no CRM connectors, so if your sales team lives in HubSpot or Salesforce, Wati is the better fit of these four.
A team that needs Instagram DMs in the same inbox: Interakt’s Growth plan lists WhatsApp and Instagram together. Conecxt runs Instagram in the same inbox too, rolling out workspace by workspace; it has no SMS or email channel.
A brand sending tens of thousands of marketing messages with five to ten people: this is where paying Meta directly matters most, and where Conecxt fits.
Before you sign with any of them
Prices on these pages change, and three of the four publish per-message rates that were re-issued on 1 October. Open each pricing page yourself, switch the billing toggle to the period you’d actually buy, and write the numbers into your own copy of the tables above.
Then send each vendor the questions the pages leave open: is GST included, how many numbers does the plan cover, what does calling cost. Our twelve questions for any provider will do as a template, and we get the same email.
