Gallabox pricing: ₹2,999 a month billed quarterly, the three-user cap, and what the markup line means
Gallabox shows a monthly figure and bills by the quarter, caps its first plan at three users with no way to buy a fourth, and says plainly that Meta's fees arrive on your invoice with its markup. All three are on the page. Here is what they add up to for a four-person clinic chain in Chennai.
The short version
- As read on 11 Oct 2026, Gallabox lists Basic at ₹2,999 a month billed quarterly or ₹2,399 billed annually, Essential at ₹6,999 or ₹5,599, and Advanced at ₹16,999 or ₹13,599. The pricing section shows no monthly billing.
- Basic has a hard cap of 3 users and no add-on seat. The fourth person needs Essential, which is ₹4,000 a month more. Essential and Advanced add users at ₹1,200 and ₹1,500 a month.
- Every plan includes one WhatsApp number, one Instagram handle and one website widget. Extra channels are ₹1,200 a month each, sold on Essential and Advanced only. Shopify is a $5 a month add-on.
- Gallabox's rate card lists ₹0.9926 per marketing message and ₹0.1323 per utility, authentication or service message for India, effective 1 Oct 2026. The page says Meta's fees are reflected on your invoice with Gallabox's markup.
We make Conecxt, one of the products in the comparison at the end. Every Gallabox figure here comes from Gallabox’s own pricing page and the rate card it links to, read on 11 October 2026. The plan prices and user caps were the same as in our 7 October reading.
Gallabox is a platform for WhatsApp, Instagram and web chat with AI agents in the plan from the first tier. Its pricing page is clearer than most about what is included. It is also built in a way that makes the second plan the real entry price for a lot of teams, and this note is mostly about why.
The plans
| Plan | Per month, billed quarterly | Per month, billed annually | Users | Extra user |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Basic | ₹2,999 | ₹2,399 | 3, hard cap | Upgrade required |
| Essential | ₹6,999 | ₹5,599 | 6 | ₹1,200 a month |
| Advanced | ₹16,999 | ₹13,599 | 10 | ₹1,500 a month |
| Enterprise | Let’s talk | Let’s talk | Custom | Negotiable |
The page also shows the same plans in dollars and dirhams, $150, $331 and $632 a month on quarterly billing. The pricing section offers quarterly and annual billing only; the FAQ says plans are billed monthly, quarterly or annually, with annual saving 20% over quarterly. The two do not agree, so ask whether a monthly price exists before you assume one. There is no tax wording on the page.
Up front, that is ₹8,997 for a quarter of Basic, ₹20,997 for Essential and ₹50,997 for Advanced. Quarterly plans cancel at the next cycle; annual plans are not refunded mid-term.
The three-user cap
Basic’s cap is the sentence to read twice: “Basic has a hard cap of 3 users. Upgrade to Essential to add more.” There is no ₹1,200 seat on Basic. A clinic with a receptionist, two doctors who reply, and an owner who wants to see the inbox is four users, and four users is Essential at ₹6,999 a month. The fourth seat costs ₹4,000 a month, or ₹48,000 a year, which is more than the whole Basic plan.
That is not hidden; it is on the page. It is the reason to count the people who will reply, plus one, before reading the Basic column.
Channels and add-ons
Every plan includes one WhatsApp number, one Instagram handle and one website widget. Basic cannot add channels. Essential adds a WhatsApp number, Instagram handle or web widget at ₹1,200 a month each, up to three; Advanced allows up to ten, and adds a phone channel to the list. A second branch with its own WhatsApp number is therefore Essential plus ₹1,200.
Shopify is a $5 a month add-on on every plan. The AI Solutions Engineer engagement is a one-time setup fee of ₹41,500, listed as an add-on on Advanced and included on Enterprise.
AI credits and agents
| Basic | Essential | Advanced | |
|---|---|---|---|
| AI credits a month | 500 | 2,000 | 8,000 |
| AI agents | Web AI agents only | AI agents on WhatsApp and Instagram | Essential’s, plus AI voice on WhatsApp and phone |
| Human calling on WhatsApp | Not listed | Listed | Listed |
Top-ups are sold in multiples of 5,000 credits. The pricing section lists ₹1,000 per 5,000; the FAQ shows the same rupee figure beside a different dollar one, so confirm the pack price in writing if you expect to top up. What one credit buys is not stated on the page.
Basic’s AI agents work on the website widget only. An AI agent that replies on WhatsApp, which is the one most Indian teams are buying, starts at Essential.
The rate card, and the markup line
The pricing page sends you to its docs for per-message prices. The rate card there, with rates effective 1 October 2026, lists for India:
| Category | Gallabox rate | Meta’s list rate | Difference |
|---|---|---|---|
| Marketing | ₹0.9926 | ₹0.8631 | ₹0.1295 |
| Utility | ₹0.1323 | ₹0.1150 | ₹0.0173 |
| Authentication | ₹0.1323 | ₹0.1150 | ₹0.0173 |
| Service, after 1,000 free a month per phone number | ₹0.1323 | ₹0.1150 | ₹0.0173 |
The page’s own wording: “WhatsApp conversation fees are charged by Meta and reflected on your invoice with our markup.” The rate card does not say how the figure divides between Meta’s fee and Gallabox’s, and neither page says whether GST applies to it. Enterprise is listed with a “discounted markup” and template message charges 5% off, without a figure. The free 1,000 service messages are stated per business phone number per calendar month, which matches Meta’s rule.
A 15% gap over Meta’s list rate for marketing messages is in the middle of the Indian market: AiSensy lists ₹1.09, Wati between ₹0.9667 and ₹1.0357 by plan, DoubleTick ₹0.99 and Interakt ₹0.949 to ₹0.970, all from our October audit.
What a month costs for a four-person clinic chain
Two dental clinics in Chennai, four people on the inbox, sending 2,000 marketing messages a month to opted-in patients for recall campaigns, 4,000 utility messages for appointment reminders and confirmations, and receiving 1,500 patient messages. Our arithmetic, before GST:
| Line | Gallabox Essential (four users) |
|---|---|
| Plan, quarterly billing | ₹6,999 |
| Marketing, 2,000 × ₹0.9926 | ₹1,985 |
| Utility, 4,000 × ₹0.1323 | ₹529 |
| Service, 1,500 minus 1,000 free, 500 × ₹0.1323 | ₹66 |
| Month | ₹9,579 |
| Up front for the first quarter, before usage | ₹20,997 |
Had the chain been three people, Basic would have made the month ₹5,579. The fourth person is ₹4,000 of the ₹9,579.
Five alternatives for the same four people
As listed on each provider’s page on 7 October 2026 and, for Gallabox, DoubleTick and Conecxt, 11 October. Messages priced at each provider’s own rate, or at Meta’s where the provider passes it through.
| Provider | Plan that seats four | Plan, per month | Messages | Month | Up front |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| AiSensy | Entry plan, monthly billing, user cap not stated | ₹1,500 | ₹2,833 at ₹1.09 and ₹0.145 | ₹4,333 | ₹1,500 |
| Conecxt | Basic, monthly billing, 5 members | ₹2,499 | ₹2,244, billed by Meta at its rate card | ₹4,743 | ₹2,499 |
| Interakt | Growth, monthly billing, unlimited agents | ₹2,799 | ₹2,580 at ₹0.958, ₹0.150 and ₹0.128 | ₹5,379 | ₹2,799 |
| DoubleTick | Starter, quarterly billing, 5 agents | ₹3,500 | ₹2,692 at ₹0.99 and ₹0.1294, free 1,000 not mentioned on its sheet | ₹6,192 | ₹10,500 |
| Gallabox | Essential, quarterly billing, 6 users | ₹6,999 | ₹2,580 | ₹9,579 | ₹20,997 |
Wati’s Growth plan seats three with no add-on seat, so four people need its next plan; our Wati pricing note has those figures. Essential does include things the cheaper rows do not: AI agents on WhatsApp and Instagram, 2,000 AI credits, human calling on WhatsApp and CRM connections. If the clinic chain will use them, the comparison is fair; if it wants a shared inbox and reminders, it is paying ₹4,000 a month for a seat.
Who Gallabox suits
A team of four to six that wants AI agents on WhatsApp and Instagram, CRM connections and WhatsApp calling in one plan, and can commit a quarter at a time, is who Essential is built for, and at ₹6,999 it is a coherent package. Advanced adds AI voice and a phone channel for teams that want to replace a call centre.
A team of three can run Basic at ₹2,999, with web-only AI and no channel add-ons, and should know before signing that the fourth person costs ₹4,000 a month.
A team of four or five that mostly wants an inbox, templates and reminders on a monthly bill will find the entry price elsewhere. The twelve questions for any provider is the checklist for the rest.
Where Conecxt fits: Basic is ₹2,499 a month, billed monthly, with 5 team members, 2 WhatsApp numbers, web chat and 1 AI agent, with WhatsApp, Instagram and web chat in one inbox and Meta’s per-message rates passed through at no markup. Instagram is rolling out workspace by workspace. There are no CRM connectors.
Common questions
How much does Gallabox cost per month?
As read on 11 Oct 2026, Basic is ₹2,999 a month billed quarterly or ₹2,399 a month billed annually, Essential ₹6,999 or ₹5,599, and Advanced ₹16,999 or ₹13,599. Enterprise is listed as Let's talk. The pricing section shows only quarterly and annual billing, so Basic is ₹8,997 up front. WhatsApp message charges and AI credit top-ups are billed separately.
How many users does Gallabox Basic allow?
Three, as a hard cap. The page says to upgrade to Essential to add more; there is no add-on seat on Basic. Essential includes 6 users with extra users at ₹1,200 a month, and Advanced includes 10 with extra users at ₹1,500 a month.
Does Gallabox charge a markup on WhatsApp messages?
Yes, in its own words: WhatsApp conversation fees are charged by Meta and reflected on your invoice with our markup. Its rate card for India lists ₹0.9926 per marketing message and ₹0.1323 per utility, authentication or service message from 1 October 2026, against Meta's list rates of ₹0.8631 and ₹0.1150. Does Gallabox have a free trial?
Yes. The FAQ describes a 7-day trial with full access to the Basic plan and 500 AI credits, no credit card required.
What are the alternatives to Gallabox for a small team?
For a team of four, Basic's three-user cap is the first constraint. Interakt Growth (₹2,799 a month, unlimited agents, monthly billing) and Conecxt Basic (₹2,499 a month, 5 members, monthly billing) both seat four at the entry price. AiSensy's ₹1,500 plan states no user cap on its page. DoubleTick's Starter lists 5 agents at ₹3,500 a month billed quarterly, plus GST, with no free trial.
