DoubleTick pricing: ₹3,500 a month billed quarterly, the AI-agents switch, and what the add-on column leaves out
DoubleTick's pricing page has two switches, billing period and 'include AI agents', and the Pro price moves between ₹4,200 and ₹9,200 a month depending on where they sit. The page opens on yearly billing with AI switched on. Here is every position, the per-message sheet, and the twenty rows marked add-on without a price.
The short version
- As read on 11 Oct 2026, DoubleTick's Starter plan is ₹3,500 a month billed quarterly or ₹3,000 billed yearly, plus GST, with 5 agents and no AI agents. Pro is ₹5,200 a month billed quarterly or ₹4,200 yearly with the AI-agents switch off, and ₹9,200 or ₹7,700 with it on.
- The page opens on yearly billing with AI agents switched on, so the first prices you see are ₹3,000 and ₹7,700. The quarterly figures are the lowest commitment: ₹10,500 up front for Starter.
- DoubleTick's rate sheet, an embedded spreadsheet effective 1 Oct 2026, lists ₹0.99 per marketing message, ₹0.1294 per utility or service message and ₹0.35 per authentication message for India, against Meta's ₹0.8631, ₹0.1150 and ₹0.1150.
- Twenty rows of the comparison table are marked add-on with no price, including WhatsApp Calls, Flows, every CRM connector, Zapier and green tick verification. There is no free trial; the page offers a demo.
We make Conecxt, one of the products in the comparison at the end. Every DoubleTick figure here comes from DoubleTick’s own pricing page and the rate sheet it links to, read in a browser on 11 October 2026 with both of the page’s switches tried in every position. The plan prices were the same as in our 7 October audit.
DoubleTick is a WhatsApp marketing and sales platform from Mumbai that sells on a demo rather than a trial. Its pricing page is unusual in one way: the price of its middle plan depends on a switch labelled “include AI agents”, and the page opens with that switch on and the billing toggle set to yearly. Most of this note is about reading the page with the switches where you would actually set them.
The plans, in every switch position
| Plan | Per month, billed quarterly | Per month, billed yearly | Agents | AI agents |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Starter | ₹3,500 (₹10,500 a quarter) | ₹3,000 (₹36,000 a year) | 5 | Not available |
| Pro, AI agents switched off | ₹5,200 (₹15,600 a quarter) | ₹4,200 (₹50,400 a year) | 10 | Not included |
| Pro + AI | ₹9,200 (₹27,600 a quarter) | ₹7,700 (₹92,400 a year) | 10 | Up to 10, 50 MB knowledge base, 3,500 AI credits a month |
| Enterprise + AI | Custom | Custom | Custom, “custom pricing per agent” | Up to 50, 100 MB knowledge base, 20,000 AI credits a month |
Every figure is marked plus GST. Starter and Pro each include one WhatsApp Business account; Enterprise is custom. There is no monthly billing: the lowest commitment is a quarter, ₹10,500 up front for Starter and ₹15,600 for Pro without AI.
The page opens on yearly billing with AI agents on, so the first prices a visitor sees are ₹3,000 and ₹7,700. Set the toggle to quarterly and the switch to off and the same two plans read ₹3,500 and ₹5,200, which is the pair most small teams will compare with other providers’ monthly plans.
What the AI-agents switch buys
On Pro, the switch adds ₹4,000 a month on quarterly billing or ₹3,500 on yearly. For that you get up to 10 AI agents, a 50 MB knowledge base, 3,500 AI credits a month, up to 3,500 AI replies and up to 350 minutes of AI voice calls a month. When the credits run out the agents keep working and draw from a wallet you top up; topped-up credits do not expire. The page does not say what one credit costs on top-up or what one reply or one minute consumes, so ask for the wallet rate before you count on it.
Starter cannot have AI agents at any price. Enterprise includes up to 50 agents, 20,000 credits and 2,000 voice minutes a month.
What is in each plan
Starter is a team inbox for five, with bulk broadcasts, bulk import, static and dynamic segments, catalogue sharing, broadcast and template analytics, Excel import and export, default bots, ten custom contact fields and ten scheduled messages. Pro adds roles and permissions, automatic agent assignment, conversation search with three months of retention, broadcast retargeting, five dynamic segment lists, the Bot Studio, Shopify, Google Sheets, reminders, voice notes, five groups, an ordering bot, reports and thirty custom fields. Enterprise adds scheduled broadcasts, a year of search retention, number masking, SSO, IP allow-listing, 300 custom fields and custom journeys.
Two rows on the page disagree with themselves. The Starter plan card lists a Google Sheets integration, while the comparison table shows it from Pro only; the Pro card lists number masking, while the table shows it on Enterprise only. Ask which is right before you buy on either.
The add-on column
The comparison table is candid about what is extra, and silent about what extra costs. Twenty rows are marked “Add-on” with no price:
- Channels and messaging: WhatsApp Calls, WhatsApp Flows, WhatsApp Pay, Click-to-WhatsApp optimisation through the Conversions API, and groups on Starter.
- Integrations: IndiaMart, Zoho CRM, HubSpot, Salesforce, LeadSquared, Bitrix, Tally, WooCommerce, Zapier and an iframe embed.
- Operations: enterprise analytics, activity logs on Enterprise, a service-level breach alert, a dedicated account manager, and green tick verification.
If your reason for choosing DoubleTick is one of those integrations, its price is the first thing to ask for, in writing. The FAQ says the platform “is capable of being integrated with any and every software”; the table says most of the named ones cost extra.
What each message costs
The pricing FAQ says the per-conversation cost varies by country and links to a page that embeds a spreadsheet. As read on 11 October 2026, per message to an Indian number, effective 1 October 2026:
| Category | DoubleTick sheet | Meta’s list rate | Difference |
|---|---|---|---|
| Marketing | ₹0.99 | ₹0.8631 | ₹0.1269 |
| Utility | ₹0.1294 | ₹0.1150 | ₹0.0144 |
| Authentication | ₹0.35 | ₹0.1150 | ₹0.235 |
| Authentication, international | ₹2.8092 | Varies by destination | Not comparable |
| Service, beyond Meta’s free 1,000 a month per number | ₹0.1294 | ₹0.1150 | ₹0.0144 |
Two rows matter more than the headline. The authentication rate is three times Meta’s, so a business sending login codes in volume pays for that row before anything else. And the sheet does not mention Meta’s 1,000 free service messages a month per number; ask whether the allowance is passed through. The sheet also lists WhatsApp calling to India at ₹0.5262 a minute outgoing and ₹0.24425 incoming, and calls to ordinary Indian phone numbers at ₹0.60 a minute. Neither the sheet nor the page says whether GST applies to the per-message figures.
What a month costs for a five-person team
A textile wholesaler in Surat with five people replying, sending 5,000 marketing messages and 3,000 utility messages a month. Our arithmetic, before GST, on each provider’s listed plan and rates, DoubleTick and Conecxt as read on 11 October 2026 and the rest on 7 October:
| Provider | Plan that seats five | Plan, per month | Messages | Month | Up front |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Conecxt | Basic, monthly billing, 5 members | ₹2,499 | ₹4,661, billed by Meta at its rate card | ₹7,160 | ₹2,499 |
| AiSensy | Entry plan, monthly billing, user cap not stated on the page | ₹1,500 | ₹5,885 at ₹1.09 and ₹0.145 | ₹7,385 | ₹1,500 |
| Interakt | Growth, monthly billing, unlimited agents | ₹2,799 | ₹5,240 at ₹0.958 and ₹0.150 | ₹8,039 | ₹2,799 |
| DoubleTick | Starter, quarterly billing, 5 agents | ₹3,500 | ₹5,338 at ₹0.99 and ₹0.1294 | ₹8,838 | ₹10,500 |
| Gallabox | Essential, quarterly billing, 6 users (Basic caps at 3) | ₹6,999 | ₹5,360 at ₹0.9926 and ₹0.1323 | ₹12,359 | ₹20,997 |
Wati is missing from the table because its Growth plan seats three with no add-on, so five people need a higher plan; our Wati pricing note has those figures. The Interakt, Gallabox and DoubleTick rows are also in our three-way comparison, worked for a six-person team.
The “up front” column is the one a quarterly plan’s monthly figure hides. A quarter’s commitment is a reasonable way to sell software, and it is three times the cash of a monthly plan on day one.
Trial, payment and support
There is no free trial. The page offers a demo, and says it accepts cards, UPI, net banking and bank transfer, with invoice billing on Enterprise. Every plan lists 24x7 chat support and a public help centre; Pro gets a shared account manager and Enterprise a dedicated one.
Questions to take into the demo
- The price of the sixth agent on Starter and the eleventh on Pro.
- The price of each add-on you will actually use, from the twenty rows above.
- The wallet rate per AI credit, and what one reply and one voice minute consume.
- Whether Meta’s 1,000 free service messages a month are passed through, and whether GST applies to the per-message rates.
- Which of the two disputed rows, Google Sheets and number masking, is correct for the plan you are buying.
- Who holds the WhatsApp number if you leave. Our twelve questions for any provider covers ownership and migration.
Who DoubleTick suits
A sales team that wants Indian business integrations, IndiaMart, Tally, Bitrix and LeadSquared among them, and is comfortable buying on a demo with a quarter’s commitment and add-on prices quoted by sales. Its Pro + AI plan includes ten AI agents and voice minutes, which is more AI in one plan than most providers list at the price.
A team that wants to pay monthly, send authentication messages in volume, or see every price before a call will want to compare the rate sheet, the billing period and the add-on column first.
Where Conecxt fits: a monthly rupee plan from ₹2,499 with 5 team members, 2 WhatsApp numbers, web chat and 1 AI agent, with WhatsApp, Instagram and web chat in one inbox and Meta’s rates passed through at no markup. Plan prices, seat counts and the 7-day trial are on the pricing page, not behind a demo.
